card get charged?
Your credit card will get charged 24-72 hours after
you place your order.
- How much is shipping?
Please email us the item code, your zip code, and
if it is a residence or business and we will reply
with the lowest FedEx shipping rates possible.
We use FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight for larger/heavier
packages for safe and secure delivery. We deliver
anywhere in the contiguous United States. We work
with FedEx to provide you with the lowest delivery
prices available. No other shipping or handling
fees. If you live locally in Southern California
and wish to pick up yourself direct from our warehouse
to avoid shipping fees, please contact us for
further information.
- What is your warranty
guarantee policy?
5 years.
- Who handles warranty
customer service?
Since we are the manufacturer, just call us at 1-800-761-0211.
- What is your cancellation
policy?
If we are able to cancel your order before it is
shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation
.
- What is your return
policy?
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Plus
you are responsible for both inbound and outbound
shipping costs
Please be careful when ordering your furniture and
let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting
the right furniture for you. Always measure the
space you are placing the furniture and use our
specifications of each item. Any returns must be
in their original packaging. Items must be returned
withing 7 business days from date of receipt. Your
credit card will be refunded once we receive and
inspect the returned item. Please contact us first
to make return authorization arrangements.
- What if shipment arrives
damaged?
In the rare situation that you receive damaged goods,
please be sure to note it on the FedEx delivery
paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange for replacement part(s) to be rushed
out immediately. In the event a replacement is delivered
to you before original shipment is returned, you
are responsible for cooperating with the return
of the item. Failure to return the damaged item
will cause us to charge your credit card for the
non-returned item. If the carton is obviously severely
damaged, please refuse the shipment from FedEx and
contact us immediately.

the furniture?

- Are finish colors
accurate?
We do our best to accurately show the finish colors
of each piece we carry, however colors can vary
by personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video
card differences and printing variations.
- How do I pay by check?
Please call us and a representative will take the
order over the phone. Please have your checking
account and routing number available.
