Most ship within 2-3 business days and is delivered within 5-10 business days at your doorstep via FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight for larger and heavier items. Excellent customer service before during and after the sale. Sometimes due to demand, furniture does go on back order. We are the manufacturer so we will make the product and ship it to you ASAP when these situations arise.

We work with FedEx to provide you with the lowest delivery prices available. Please email us and provide us with your zip code for delivery pricing. No other shipping or handling fees. If you live locally in Southern California and wish to pick up yourself direct from our warehouse to avoid shipping fees, please contact us for further information.

Sorry we cannot ship to afo/fpo addresses. Cartons too large please have it sent to friend or relative who can then forward it to you.

What if my shipment arrives damaged? (refer to FAQ).

If and when our furniture require assembly, they come with easy to install instructions. However, if you prefer, we can have a professional installer come to your home or office to do a professional installation. Please inquire for install pricing. Whenever possible, furniture is double boxed, foamed. Reinforced or palletized to ensure your product arrives in excellent condition.
